Master plastics offers 18 injection molding machines ranges from 28 ton to 500-ton clamp with maximum of 52 OZ shot size. The company has capability in insert molding and overmolding .The company processes a wide materials including PP, PS, PC, PPS, PEI, Nylon, ABS, PPO, PET, PBT, PES and many others.

Engineering Services

Using the most advanced software solution to better monitor price and deliver your products, our engineers take personal responsibility of success of each and every new project. We simply do not quote your project but we try to understand your engineering and end use requirements for optimum plastics design, material selection, injection molding process selection and moldability .We do mold flow analysis, FEA (outside services) and tool design optimization.

With full quality services from incoming inspection to final dock audits, we can customize any quality plan to suit the most detailed performance requirement. Following ISO9001 principles, systematic procedures for new product development and production implementation are strictly adhered to. We are in the process of increasing our quality resource team to acquire ISO 9001 registration.

Quick Turn Prototype

Let us help you lend substance to your ideas and prove your concepts before investing in hard tooling. Master Plastics has formed a Strategic Alliance with a local company who has pioneered the quick turn prototype technology. Using the latest in solid modeling technology we can generate 3D files of your products or your use your 3D generated files. Once the files are made or given to us, we can produce prototype tooling with rapid processes including direct machining, investment casting and or fabricated method.

Tooling Services

Master Plastics has two-prong strategy for developing production tooling:

Domestic Tooling: For very precision & small tools, with highly complex cavitations, we utilize North American Tooling sources, which we have utilized for past 15 years.

Offshore Tooling: Master Plastics has developed a strategic alliance with major offshore tooling sources where tooling cost and lead times are our priority. These services include tool design, tool construction and first article done in our China factories. Master Plastics takes full responsibilities of managing the complete tooling design, development and first article sampling prior to tools being shipped to the United States.
